Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.  I personally respond to each e-mail and support form request that comes in, usually (but not always) within 24 hours.  Like you, I have been frustrated by companies that do not respond to e-mails in a timely manner (and many times don't respond at all).  If you do not receive a reply in a period of three days, then it is very likely that either my spam filter caught and deleted your message, or I received and replied to your message, but your spam filter or your Internet Service Provider filtered out the reply.  Unfortunately, with the hundreds of spam messages I receive every day, occasionally a "real" message gets caught in the filter.  Also, I am unable to reply to you if you do not provide a valid e-mail address.  Sometimes people do not provide an address, and sometimes they make a typo putting in their address. So, I thank you in advance for your patience if you do not receive a reply, and I ask that you would resubmit your request using the feedback form or the support request form.
