Main Menu ChoicesBegin Training Plan - Select the training plan you want, click OK, and follow the prompts. Select a day to start your plan, and after the required information is filled in, your calendar will be filled in with planned workouts for the selected training plan. Mobile Coach includes plans for the 5k run, 10k run, Marathon, Century bike ride, and BFL program. Remember, these plans should be considered examples and may not be appropriate for your event or your current level of fitness. Estimate Metabolic Rate - Enter your weight, your level of activity, and your body type, and Mobile Coach will calculate your estimated metabolic rate on the today screen. The body weight you enter on this screen is not included in graphs or reports showing your weight; this allows you to adjust your weight up or down if you feel your metabolic rate is really higher or lower than what Mobile Coach calculates for you. Delete Planned Workouts - Removes any workouts not marked as "Completed" from your calendar. This is especially useful if you start a training plan, and later change your mind and want to remove the planned workouts from the calendar. Completed workouts will not be removed from your calendar. About/Register - When you purchase Mobile Coach, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after purchase containing a registration code. Enter your name, and the code in this screen to register the software.
