Overall we feel that most users will choose the Mobile Coach software over
BioBody, but that those following the Body For Life program may wish to use
BioBody as it fits the logging of food more closely. If you are not sure which program is right for you, try them both!
Note: BioBody data cannot be imported into Mobile Coach, and Mobile Coach
data can't be imported into BioBody. They use a different format of data.
